Confidentiality as a Principle of the Activity of a Practicing Psychologist: the Current State of Regulatory Regulation and Prospects

<p style="text-align: justify;">This article provides an overview and analysis of ethical legal requirements regarding confidentiality in the professional activities a practicing psychologist. The aspects maintaining are outlined, as well legislative possibilities determining its limits relationship “psychologist/ psychotherapist — client” analyzed. opinion is expressed that at level, problems issues dissemination provision psychological assistance poorly developed. At same time, by psychologists do not find confirmation, which leads to uncertainty practice. proposals on settlement level presented, draft norms defining boundaries therapeutic relationships presented.</p>
